Dutra Flat Camp

Dutra Flat Camp is fenced in with barb wire to keep the grazing cows from trampling the camp. We didn't see the alleged cows, however, the cows had mucked up the mud in the flat. The flat has several small creeks and springs, and after the unexpected late rain, the cows had passed through and left the area almost impassable. Our feet were covered in mud and God knows what else, but we arrived, exhausted, at our camp.

Dutra Flat has two picnic benches, two grills and enough space for about 2-3 tents. It has 3 Monterey Cypress trees which make a lovely spot for a hammock. We were so happy to see the camp!!!!
