Mozzarella Continued

Separating the whey from the cheese.

After kneading like dough, you get to stretch it.

One last knead & form into a ball. Voila! Mozzarella in 30 minutes!

I was watching a PBS show - Cultivating Life maybe? And they made mozzarella and it looked so good and easy! Who would have thought? I'm guessing there isn't a local source for rennet here in our area and I'd have to get it off the internet too.
